It started at a kitchen table.
Exhausted, over-scheduled, and quietly wondering if the life I was building was actually mine.
That season became my greatest teacher. I traded burnout for boundaries, comparison for clarity, and hustle for holy rhythm — and I built a coaching practice around the framework that saved me.
Today, Amazing Amy Lifestyle is home to hundreds of women rewriting their wellness story with grace, grit, and a whole lot of joy.
